Adherents of Nankunshen Temple can be found throughout Taiwan and the world, with branches in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Sweden, the United States, Canada, Brazil and Uruguay. The highest density of temples dedicated to the Five Lords in Taiwan is found in Jiayi, Tainan and Kaohsiung, followed by Taipei, Taichung, Changhua, Yunlin and Pingtung. Other areas have fewer numbers. Total temples dedicated to the Five Lords in Taiwan number close to 10,000.
